Law of Detraction... (Let it Go!)

"If you are attracting things into your life that you don’t want, remember the Law of Attraction is still working. Instead of thinking or saying, "It’s not working," ask your self, "What am I focusing on, thinking about, talking about, feeling or doing that is attracting this into my life?" If you want to know what you are thinking about, notice the results you are producing in your life. To change those results, you will first have to change your vibration by changing your thoughts and feelings.

If you start to see something change for the better, acknowledge that it is happening. Appreciate it. When you find the perfect parking space, acknowledge it. When you get the table you want in the restaurant, acknowledge it. When you receive unexpected income, acknowledge it. When you meet someone who can help you achieve your goal, acknowledge that Law of Attraction is working. The more you acknowledge that it’s working, the more it will work. It’s that simple." ... from JackCanfield.com

Turn Learning Into Earning!

Question is how to break through the self-imposed glass ceiling to create the life you really want!

1. Give yourself permission to dream. You probably had no problem dreaming as a kid. What happened to your ability to imagine and dream about what you want and who you want to be? When was the last time you caught yourself daydreaming and appreciated it?

2. Stop looking outside yourself for happiness. Look inside. Increase your self-awareness. Get curious about who you are at the core. Cultivate and nurture a relationship with yourself.

3. Cover the basics. Take the time to address your personal needs. How can you focus on thriving in your life if you are in survival mode? Set up that meeting with a financial advisor, get your space organized, clean up the details that are wasting your energy.

4. Embrace your past and move on. Shift from “why it happened” to what I want to do about it now. Asking “why” is not a very empowering question. Asking what or how I want to proceed can be much more powerful and produce forward movement.

5. Remember that you are not alone. It is easy to feel overwhelmed with life. Seek support. Read more self improvement articles. They might help you figure about some things that are puzzling you.

6. Remember gratitude. Count your blessings. What is working right in you life? Make a list. Set aside a bit of time everyday to acknowledge what or who you are grateful for. The more you practice gratitude, the more you attract into your life things to be grateful for.

7. Court your passion. You still have your passions though it has been a while since you may have felt it flow. When are you the most alive and joyful in your life? Who do you most admire and what do they inspire in you?

8. Take action and take a risk. All the inspiration in the world is not enough to make you move your life to the next level. It takes inspired action to do that.

9. Keep breathing. You probably forget to take deep full breaths. We have all learned to constrict our breathing in response to stress. According to many self improvement articles, we not only need oxygen to stay alive, we need oxygen to give us energy and keep us healthy. Right now take 5 deep, full breaths.

10. Have fun. Call a friend or your mom or your kids. Help somebody using what you know, take yourself to an art museum. Schedule a whole day out in nature, turn on some great music and boogie until you drop....

(And you thought this was just one of those self improvement articles. )

I’m Having Fun...Are U Having Fun...?

"I'm Having Fun -- Are u Having Fun?" ...said my grandson on the way to the fishing pond... (well said... so cute... fun hearing him say it!)
Developing Emotional Intelligence
*** Rely on yourself to make yourself happy ***
"All of us have heard of IQ or Intelligence Quotient, a study that measures how intelligent we are through a series of tests conducted by the school or in the workplace. All this time, it is highly assumed that Intelligence Quotient would determine how successful we are in the future or how we could achieve that goal in a specific time.
But there is another factor that psychologists deem to be one of the contributors to determine if the person would be successful or not, and that is, the Emotional Intelligence, or EQ.
(see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emotional_intelligence) Emotional Intelligence is defined as "the ability, capacity or skill to perceive, assess and manage the emotions of one's self, of others and of groups." In other words, it is described that Emotional Intelligence is actually the way in which you interact with people, and how you relate to them.
Some psychologists believe that relating with people is more important than having what is inside in one's head. According to wikipedia, some researchers believe that EQ is "a cognitive ability just as is IQ, others believe it is a combination of perceived abilities and traits, while others consider it a skill that can be measured."
With this, researchers have found out that one of the benefits of Emotional Intelligence is how to deal and manage conflict or negotiation in school, in the home and in the workplace.
So, how does one develop emotional intelligence?
Here are some ways in order to develop Emotional Intelligence, as suggested by the website
www.eqi.org, in a nutshell.
When dealing with Emotional Intelligence, it is best that your feelings or actions shouldn't be centered on you. In truth, it should be directed towards the people around you – ask them how they feel about their current situation, and have the ability to reflect on what they feel. Have a compassionate heart towards your friends by empathizing with them, caring for them, and relating how they fell towards you.
Be a leader, too, by taking responsibility for your actions and feelings. Don't rely on others to make you happy. Rely on yourself to make yourself happy.
Developing emotional intelligence may take some time and effort, but the most important thing is that you have to be conscious of your actions; you have to be conscious of not just your won feelings but the feelings of others as well.
And just try to follow this advice....It is essential to being successful."

What good still comes in cans? ...

*** Self-fulfilling Prophecy ***

Proverbs 23: 7 - "As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is."

The batter hits the ball high in the air towards right field. It arcs majestically against the sky. It is going right towards Sammy. Everybody in the park knows that he's going to drop it. Sammy knows that he's going to drop it. He drops it.

This scene has been replayed time and time again on fields around the world. It doesn't have to be a fielder; it sometime is a batter you know is going to strike out. It doesn't even have to be baseball. It can be anything.

It's called a self-fulfilling prophecy. I wasn't familiar with this term until I took a psychology class in university. Basically it means that what you believe will usually happen.

If you believe you are going to flunk a test, you probably will. If you think the meal you are making for your new in-laws will be a disaster, it probably will. If you think you will be in a car accident, better call your insurance agent. In all these cases, your visualizing the worst-case scenario will greatly increase the possibility of them actually happening.

There are people in the world who sew the seeds of the self-fulfilling prophecy. They are the people who put their fears on you. For example, their fears that something might happen to you make you uneasy and possibly help the unfortunate event happen. They are usually the first ones to say, "I told you so."

So what do you do? First, look at history. There were plenty of people who said humans would never fly, let alone walk on the moon. You have the choice to believe those thoughts. Also, you can replace those thoughts with positive ones. You don't have to believe the nay-sayers. If self-fulfilling prophecy works with negative thoughts, it can also work with positive ones.

George Bernard Shaw said, "You see things; and you say, 'Why?' But I dream things that never were; and I say, 'Why not?' " What message are you playing in your mind?

When I started playing softball, I was like Sammy. I was hoping the batter wouldn't hit the ball to me. Eventually those thoughts were replaced with positive ones and I was begging for the batter to hit it to me. Can you guess which thoughts allowed me to enjoy the game the most and perform the best?

When the game was on the line, Michael Jordan wanted the ball. He already saw the ball going in before he shot.

Pete Rose, who holds the record for the most hits in baseball, was asked how many times in a game he thought he was going to get a hit. He answer was, "Every time." Did he get a hit every time? No, but his belief that he would greatly increased his success.

It's the same with life. Put positive, happy thoughts in your mind and you will tend to be happy. If you are constantly worrying that something MIGHT happen, you will not lead a full life and probably not reach your potential. What does worrying do most of the time anyway? It usually prevents you from doing your best in a situation.

It comes down to the simple saying. If you think you can, you may be right. If you think you can't, you are almost certainly right. Put another way, success comes in cans! CAN DO

Winners Circles - 5 Olympic Rings

--by Dr. Denis Waitley on topic what winners do:
1. Paying the Price -- Everyone wants to win, but few are willing to invest the time and effort. Paying the price means focusing on developing the skills and training regimen of champions – observation, imitation, repetition and the internalization of knowledge into habits; also, learning why and how to go the extra mile and seeing success as a marathon, not a dash. Champions view failures as temporary inconveniences and learning experiences.

2. The Olympian Within -- Winners believe in their worth in advance of their performance. Most people base their worth on their current status or achievement level, which means that until they are judged successful by society's standards, they have little to be proud of. Champions believe in their dreams when they have only a dream to hang on to, even in the face of criticism and superior achievements by others.

3. ... Integrity -- Authentic, lasting winners have an uncompromising attitude about self-honesty. They function according to an "integrity triangle", consisting of three basic questions: (a) Are my beliefs based upon truth? (b) Do my words and actions correspond with truth and honesty? (c) Before I speak or act, do I honestly consider the impact of my decision on other people and the environment?

4. The "Coachability" Factor -- Champions are always open to alternatives to improve their performance. Consistent winners are not the arrogant egotists who dominate the media spotlight. The most successful individuals in the game of life are often the most approachable, most gracious, non-judgmental with others and most critical of their own performances, as well as most eager to learn and improve.

5. Being a Team Player -- a team in harmony is synergy in motion, where the whole is greater than the sum of the individual talents. When all assignments are understood, when each takes 100 percent responsibility for the outcome, a quantum leap in performance takes place. Winners learn how to become interdependent, without sacrificing individuality; how to stand out, while fitting in. adapted from ezine by Denis Waitley

Building Trust For Lifetime Success

Trust. One word. One very powerful word that can increase both first time and repeat sales to an unlimited degree. Trust. What is it? Why is it so important? How do you get it? Confidence in you from your cutomers, builds relationships and as a result, more sales, and through excellent customer service. That's the short and sweet of it. Now, how about a little more meat to it. What is trust and why is it so important? Definition: confidence in a person or thing because of the qualities one perceives or seems to perceive in him or it. (Webster's) The confidence that any visitor or potential customer has about your business, service or product is the foundation of present and future success. Before any potential customer even enters your site for the first time, there's this underlying feeling of distrust. It's automatic. Either they're new to the Internet, received a poor product or service from a competitor or have already been scammed a few times. Your first contact is either in some ad you placed in an ezine, classified, message board, banner, search engine description or some other form of advertising. Was it full of hype or were you honest in what your product or service delivers? Once that customer enters your site and they don't see what was stated in your ad........... goodbye, you just lost a sale and probably a lifetime customer. If you can't be honest in your ad, then you're pobably not going to be with your product or service. So, why should that visitor stick around only to be disappointed or scammed again? Would you? Do you know what happens when that visitor leaves your site? They email an ezine editor, friend, or leave a nasty little post on a message board about their not so wonderful experience with you, and you're credibility is gone. How do you build that trust? Believe it or not, it's not that hard. It does take effort and it's an ongoing process, not something you do once and forget about it. Be Honest. The importance of building trust really shows through here. Honesty should be at the front of your mind when you write up your ads and web site copy. Especially when that advertisement includes something free. Don't use free just to get visitors, your trust and credibility takes a hard nose dive when the "freebie" is junk. Only write exactly what your product or service delivers and leave the hype and exageration out. Don't Hype I always skip over the ads that actually promise truckloads of money with little or no effort. Come on. BIG BOLD HEADLINES are a sure sign of hype to nth degree. Promises that are impossible, like the truckloads of cash, are always a big giveaway. If your product doesn't have it or do it, then don't promise it. Follow Up If you've done everything right so far and you are making sales, don't forget about the customer. Follow up with a thank you letter. Add a special bonus that they didn't know about. Ask them if they like your product or service. Ask if there is anything else you can help them with. Bottom line is, build a relationship without trying to always sell them something. Talk to them, not at them or down to them. Be their friend and actually help them out when they need it, if you can. Use Testimonials on your site. When you followed up with your customers and asked if they liked your product, then ask if you can use their comments on your site. Of course, you'll also include their name, email and website address. Testimonials build enormous instant credibility. If a visitor to your site sees that there are already satisified customers, then you deliver what you say you will and you've kept in touch with that customer. Plus the name and email also keeps the visitor comfortable as they know that they can get in touch with that person to verify what they had to say was, in fact, true. As you can see, building trust isn't all that hard. Just be sincere. Be personable. Be available. If you follow these few rules to help you gain trust and credibility among both your site's visitors and your peers, then you'll gain both lifetime customers of your product and lifetime relationships with some really good people. by Randy Lever

Internet Marketing - Be Part of the 10%

"The 10-to-20 Rule

In Internet Marketing - there are rules that help you estimate results. For example, I’m sure you’re familar with the 80/20 rule: 80% of your work will be for 20% of your customers.
I’d like to introduce you to what my partners and I refer to the “10 to 20 rule”. For any given product or service or anything else in the internet marketing business, approximately 80% of the users of that product or service will do absolutely nothing with what they have purchased.
For example if had bought from a site that only allows 300 members, you may think to yourself that you’re going to have 299 other people using the same content on their websites. According to the 10-to-20 rule, only 20% (60) of those 300 members will actually do anything with that content. Of those 60, about half (10%) will make a half-hearted attempt at using what they purchased, and the other half (10%) will actually fully utilize their purchase -- will go gangbusters with their purchase, and will likely make good money with it.
I’ve been selling products online since 1999, and have run many membership sites since 2001, and without fail the 10-to-20 rule has applied. For example, in the past month, I’ve received 12 emails from
I recently purchased a package of 20 ebooks for around $400. This package came with not only the product, but also graphics, sales letters, and even Adwords ads. All you had to do was upload the stuff to your website.
It took me 5 days of part-time work to rewrite one of the sales letters (which weren’t very good), customize the eBook, get a new Clickbank account set up, and get the product approved there. At the time, I was amazed to see that no one else had submitted the eBook to Clickbank to sell. Today, one month later, I’m making about a hundred bucks a week on that product, and not a single one of the other 299 people who purchased that package is selling the book through Clickbank.
When you find information product or software tool that is selling limited quantities, your true competition (the people who actually use the product) will end up being somewhere between 10% and 20% of the total sold. That’s the 10-to-20 rule. Be sure to factor the 10-to-20 rule into your buying decision, because if you’re part of the 10% that goes gangbusters with a product, you’ll leave all the slowpokes in the dust.
How can you help ensure that you’re part of the 10%? Here’s what I do: before I type my credit card number into an online form, I open up my electronic calendar, and schedule time to learn AND utilize the product I am purchasing. Simply by scheduling the time before you click the Buy button, you’ll help ensure you’re one of the people who actually uses a product. Remember, no product can help you achieve success if you don’t use it."

Faster than Jerry Rice?

"True purpose requires recognizing, confronting , and releasing anything blocking the path toward your higher potential -- even if you find it painful to face. For this practical reason you must make and uphold a commitment to create fulfillment in your own life. As you resolve the inner blocks you find -- as you face, accept and then conquer whatever you find painful within yourself -- you can then inspire and assist others in fulfilling their purpose. In doing so, you also fulfill a vital part of your own purpose.
-- Ellie Drake ( from - "Easier Done Than Said"

Jerry Rice never said he was the fastest. He did take 2 or 3 real quick first steps every play every day.

And you -- you can choose consistent quick action, every play every day.

You already know what to do.

Another Law of Attraction

The way I see it; the real key to marketing success lies in your ability to "attract" the "right people" to YOU. So, what can you do to become attractive in this industry?
The best way to "attract" people to join you in business; is to always be growing personally and adding to your own value and then in turn offering that value to others. In other words; become someone that others would choose to follow.
People join people; not companies and not products. People aren't looking for another great product to promote; there are plenty of them around. They are looking for freedom ... time freedom, $worry freedom, boss freedom... They will join you because they see you as someone who has the knowledge and information they need to go where they want to go or because they see that you have a proven system in place that can take them where they want to go.

The most important training you can receive is that which teaches you how to brand yourself as a leader ... who has valuable knowledge and information about "How to MARKET effectively". This is the key to growing your ability to "attract" the right people to you.
Anyone who has been in Network Marketing even for a little while has head, more than once, that "duplication" is the key. The problem is and always has been; people aren't duplicatable, and who wants them to be anyway? We are all unique and beautiful individuals with our own unique value to bring to the table.
So what you need is a system, because a system is VERY duplicatable. A system works the same for everyone, everyone who works it, that is. So pick one... and get your proven system in place... Pick one that helps you to brand YOU as leader and then builds your own personal database of targeted prospects, as a by product of the system; this is ideal. With this kind of system and this kind of training you will be able to grow a database of targeted prospects that you can market to for the rest of time.

See in your mind's eye....

....close your eyes and really see in your mind's eye... how you want your entire life to be.
...for example, see your dream home... ... a large home or something more cozy? ...do you live on the ocean or near the mountains? ..... write about it in detail - and don't hold back!
...and the same for your business: ...what do u want..? a waiting list of clients? create at least three new streams of income?
...and what about the other parts of your life as well ... tangible things (like your home, your car, your vacations, etc.) to the intangible (like who you want in your life, how you will give back, etc.)...
....get the picture? ...once you have written your vision... it helps u to build excitement and motivation toward making that vision reality..!

Laws of Attraction are Real...

"Whether you realize it or not, the Law of Attraction is already working actively in your life right at this moment. The events, opportunities and experiences you are experiencing today were set into motion by the thoughts and actions you‘ve taken previously. The secret to the Law of Attraction is really about realizing that this law is already active in your life and deciding that you want to deliberately attract things into your life consciously rather than leaving it to the vagaries of your subconscious. This is going to take some effort on your part and if you are trapped in a negative spiral, it is probably going to take a great deal of work to change the patterns of your thinking. You’ll need to monitor your emotions in particular, because it is your emotional state that gives you the clues to the kinds of things your thoughts are attracting to you. With practice, this monitoring will become more routine and you’ll be able to let the negative thoughts go lightly while you move your focus onto the positive. One of the main differences between the writers of the early 20th century and those who write about the Law of Attraction today is the emphasis on just how much work you need to put into consciously working with it. Many of the new breed of writers suggest that it is easy and that merely thinking about what you want for 20 minutes a day and putting together a vision board or two will get you on the road to prosperity and abundance. The early New Thought writers such as Wallace Wattles, on the other hand, suggest that you need to do a lot of work and must deliberately take charge of what you are attracting into your life throughout your every waking moment. In the words of Wallace Wattles, echoing a common phrase in Christian, teaching you need to "pray without ceasing". In my opinion, this the correct course to take. And as Napoleon Hill taught; pursue it with a burning desire.Put a lot of work into the Law of Attraction and reap the large rewards. Or put a little work into it and watch the rewards trickle into your life. It's your decision. Reap what you sow." - from DavidShriver.net

Designing a Better Future...

"... Our future will be directly related to what we expect for it to be.... If we feel good about ourselves and expect to live happy, fulfilled, and successful lives, we will take the actions consistent with realizing that expectation. We will therefore generate the opportunities that will result in rich relationships, abundance, and joy being attracted to our lives – because we believe we deserve it and act on this belief. We get what we expect and attract prosperity or lack, joy or sorrow, rewarding relationships or angry, frustrating ones all as a result of whether or not we feel worthy. Just as we can doubt our abilities to succeed and our worthiness of attracting rewarding friends and intimate relationships, we can also instead choose to take full responsibility for expecting all aspects of our lives to be the way we want them to turn out. When we come from this positive mindset and commit to manifesting our dream lives, we put forth an energy that attracts all the things we desire to us. Realize that you have consciously or unconsciously attracted everything that shows up in your life to you. If where you are in life, the relationships you have attracted to you, your physical, financial, emotional and spiritual states are not what you desire, decide now to alter your course. Decide that you deserve better. Get in touch with the erroneous decisions you made at an early age that impacted your self-esteem. Reframe how you see yourself and resolve to act from a declaration of who you are (just because you say so) instead of the unlovable, somehow defective or unworthy image you made up or bought into long ago. Change your expectations.
Design a life plan consistent with your new expectations. Make requests of those who can support your efforts in some way. The future exists for each of us as a possibility. When we do the necessary work to complete our troubled past and put the self-interpretations that do not support us behind, we can courageously decide to design our future lives deliberately to be in alignment with joy, abundance, fun, fulfillment, and self-love. When we train ourselves to first expect positive results and then to act in accordance with what we expect, we set the stage for a bright and promising tomorrow. We have the personal power to create our future on purpose...." from article Dr J Rubino

Power of Your Mind to Heal Your Self

"There are not few literatures, which prove that man’s thoughts have major influence on his health condition. John Wayne Schlatter proudly announces to the whole world that his Dad who was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 69, and said to have only six months to one year left at the most to live.... continued to live until the age of 86. For 17 years, John’s Dad dictated to his body how to behave. What’s the motivation behind it? Love.... “Sorry to disagree with you, Doc. But I’ll tell you how long I have to live. One day longer than my wife. I love her too much to leave the planet without her.” Even the doctors and nurses at the Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center could not decipher how a cancer stricken body could continue to function.... John’s Mom died at 85 while his Dad died one year later at 86...."

"How then can we use the power of our minds to heal our illnesses?..."
"First, think of those you love...."
"Second, think of the things that you have to accomplish...."
"Third, eat healthy foods, drink lots of water and fruit juices, and do your exercise...."
"Fourth, smile and forget your illnesses...."

"We can dictate our own fate. Diseases are not as strong as a person’s determined thought to get well, to live longer, and to love further."

Journey Toward Real Magic...

Strength and Creative Power To Land Big Ones...

"Like the elephant, we are unconscious of our own strength. When it comes to understanding the power we have to make a difference in our own lives, we might as well be asleep. If you want to make your dreams come true, wake up. Wake up to your own strength. Wake up to the role you play in your own destiny. Wake up to the power you have to choose what you think, do, and say." -- Keith Ellis, Bootstraps

"What this power is I cannot say; all I know is that it exists and it becomes available only when a man is in that state of mind in which he knows exactly what he wants and is fully determined not to quit until he finds it." -- Alexander Graham Bell

"Have in your mind that which would constitute a miracle for you. Get the vision. Suspend disbelief and skepticism. Allow yourself to take the journey toward real magic." -- Wayne Dyer

Business is Booming... is yours..?

Have you found that your website is not really working for you.. except as a fancy 'business card'... looks good... but has little or no traffic... and little conversions to sales... Why is that?

"The internet is exploding in terms of growth all over the world yet most businesses are still slow to catch on. Nine out of every ten businesses are not proficient in internet marketing. They desperately need help with their internet marketing techniques! Since the inception of the Internet, most small to medium sized companies have ignored the enormous impact a well designed internet marketing strategy can have on its ultimate growth.

Companies that are providing internet marketing software solutions are now filling this tremendous need. This is particularly true for software marketing firms like newcomer EDC, founded by Craig Garcia and Michael Michael Corcoran, that has built up a large base of distributors devoted to helping small and medium size businesses thrive in the challenging cyber environment. “The business world desperately needs to catch up to consumers in terms of the use of the internet”..."

This is something that I have developed through many years of experience, some trail and error, lots of testing and partnerships with the best of the best people in the industry of web traffic development. Mid-Life Crisis Ended...

Mom announced couple of months back... she's changing her last name back. It had been 'Dinsmore'... She had it for 46 years and wanted it back.... and is her sons' name too.
So she went thru 6 or 8 or 10 visits to agencies and offices and paperwork and delays and re-dos and phone calls and run-around and dilemmas...

Perseverance won out... and yesterday she got phone call from the courts... Approved!!

How cool is that...! To have a goal at age 91... and follow thru and get it done!

How about you? What's holding u back from going for it? Starting something new... the lifelong dream for better life... Waiting for age 51 or 71 or 91?

What 2 things happened? Starting, and follow-through... getting past obstacles. Adopting want-it and no-excuses attitudes.

Free BlackBerries and Business...

Free Blackberries ?? Gee whiz... and here I can barely operate a regular cellphone...
Really... what I'm talking about is easy-picking blackberries... just down the street in vacant lots and behind the playground too... Good and juicy and on my cereal every morning the past 3-weeks... Maybe further north it's blueberries too... but for now I'll pick 'em cause they're good and they are free...
The other morning... here I am pickin 'em putting them in a ziploc bag... This neighbor passes by on his walk... asks what I'm doing... and then says 'What about the chiggers'?
Me...? Didn't say much... just smiled inside and marveled at how people are different. I'm having large time re-living childhood memories like pickin' blackberries behind Joe's house. Didn't spoil my joy...
**************************************************
Same with business and customers... People are either looking right now or not... not ready for your program or opportunity... or blackberries...
Afraid of the 'hazards'... chiggers, mosquitos, snakes, work, bees, meteorites, thorns...or maybe 'don't believe' they''ll be that good, juicy and delicious... Don't have time, don't know how, rather get'em at the supermarket...
That's ok... I've learned, and accept, that it's not for everybody...
And also have learned by experience to bring protective gear and keep a good eye out at all times. Same in business... be prepared.
Just so u know... good free blackberries. They are here...
Good business... it's here too...
How about you? Which are you looking for?
Come on down..! Welcome..!
Be prepared for obstacles, challenges... And expect great results...
Easy pickin's... if that's what u want...
Cheers and smiles and yum...

Life is about choices... Give up certain things...

Give up certain things... fast foods you used to crave when you were a kid...
Give up what most people say... about making money on the internet...

Roger Mason at
www.YoungAgain.org says... in part...
"If you would like to change the way you eat, you don't have to "go on a diet". You do have to make better food choices. Please read my Zen Macrobiotics for Americans to learn how you can eat all you want, stay slim, keep low blood fats all by simply making better food choices. You can't do this by willpower, as willpower is an illusion. You can do it by reading good books on healthful delicious eating. Dean Ornish, Terri Shintani, Susan Powter, Nathan Pritikin, Gary Null, Michio Kushi, and Neal Barnard {the thin chefs on FoodNetwork} all write good books on how to enjoy good food without a lot of fat. Go to the library and get one of their books, and start making small changes every week in the way you eat. Brown rice tastes better than white rice or potatoes. Whole wheat pasta tastes better than white pasta. Whole grain bread tastes better than Wonder Bread®. Fresh lightly stir fried vegetables taste better than canned or boiled vegetables. Fresh fruits have a flavor sugared desserts can't match. Seafood is a delight instead of red meat. Olive oil will replace butter in most applications. You get the idea. "

***************************************************************
I say... you shouldn't eat things you don’t like... but
Learn to like the foods you should..! and vice-versa..!

Think about it... Eat bad and you are doctors' and big pharma's best friend... Eat right and have new friends... live to see great-grandchildren...

You know... change your thinking... change your results...

Home business? -- listen only to those who do it well...
not those who advise against, having known of failures...

Follow your intuition your dreams and a good leader... follow then become the leader...
That's the way it works... you are born, you are led, you lead...

First part is done... next 2 are up to you... (..give up status quo ! )

"I just can't start a business because..." (and reasons to get on with it)

I can't start a business because....

1) I'm too busy right now and don't have enough time (...never have enough time until you choose to take time... less time on negative and non-productive... choose well...)

2) I don't know what to do next. (like your current job on day-1 ; show up, learn, do something, even if it's wrong ; next day repeat... you will have mentor to help you.)

3) I don't have a college degree in marketing and I'm not Donald Trump, who is going to listen to what I have to say? (50% of millionaire entrepreneurs never finished college... you're fired.)

4) I already did one of those... didn't work. Been there there done that. (stay in the dugout, strikeouts happen, don't even try again).

5) I'm too old. I missed the boat when I had my chance xx years ago and didn't take it. (...being as old as u are is good thing ; plan to be even older and wiser...)

6) I have these bills and payments this month. Will start soon as I catch up. (reason to not start, matches your reason to start. Hello... be creative... if u had the money, where would u get it from).

7) The only winners here are the winners that started the company. (get real... same exact comp plan for everybody... 100pct profit... no bonus for showing up first.)

8) I already have a successful business doing something that I love and would continue do even if I was richest man in the world. (cool..! keep on keepin on. Michael Jordan had great job, but it came to an end. He had sideline of selling shoes and hanes undies... The rich have a planB).

I'm sure there are other reasons to NOT get started building your dreams today. If you have any that are holding you back, please feel free to call or write... and add them to our list. 866-675-6885 or 803-675-0005 -- leave message.

Importance of Visualizing

"The exercise of visualizing... keeps your mind in order, and attracts to you the things you need to make life more enjoyable in an orderly way. If you train yourself in the practice of deliberately picturing your desire and carefully examining your picture, you will soon find that your thoughts and desires proceed in a more orderly procession than ever before. Having reached a state of ordered mentality, you are no longer in a constant state of mental hurry. Hurry is Fear, and consequently destructive. In other words, when your understanding grasps the power to visualize your heart's desire and hold it with your will, it attracts to you all things requisite to the fulfillment of that picture by the harmonious vibrations of the law of attraction. You realize that since Order is Heaven's first law, and visualization places things in their natural order, then it must be a heavenly thing to visualize. Everyone visualizes, whether he knows it or not. Visualizing is the great secret of success. The conscious use of this great power attracts to you multiplied resources, intensifies your wisdom, and enables you to make use of advantages which you formerly failed to recognize." ...from Your Invisible Power by Genevieve Behrend

'Secret' & 'Optimist Creed'

"In honor of one of the past greats to whom I owe so much, we have created a gift for you. It is The Optimist's Creed, written by Christian D. Larson almost 100 years ago. As you read this wonderful piece of writing you will discover its total harmony with the teachings of The Secret. The words have been modified slightly to make them even more powerful. Be sure to read the words "I Promise Myself" at the beginning of every new line and you will maximize all the power of The Secret." by RhondaByrne
Optimist Creed - Christian D Larsen - written 1911
Promise Yourself-
To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble." by Christian D Larson

"I Promise Myself-- To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side, so long as I am true to the best that is in me..." by TheSecret

Attaboy to Cruise Industry... Priceless!

Thanks again to the nice considerate people everywhere...

Never got to shake the hand again who did this for us...

We were leaning on the rail watching the pilot boat...come up next to the cruise ship. The harbor pilot has finished his task... guiding us out of Fort-de-France harbor, Martinique...wow what an awesome time... the island of flowers....

Anyway he steps from the ship down onto pilot boat ...and then comes back up with couple of bags, mail I figure, hands them to cruise personnel, then casts off...

Think I'll shoot a little more video of leaving the island... Where's camcorder?... not in my cabin...!? Bingo..! Bet those bags were mine... Left them on back seat of cab... Fumbling for $$ to pay cabbie... Jump out, board the ship... Cabbie found the camcorder... returned to dock, ship had left... So he took them to pilotboat station... and the rest is history...

Returning $800 camcorder and a $10 souvenir ballcap...The cabbie had to make a choice... I'm grateful to him...

I'm very happy and have a great feeling about honesty and integrity of that man and the industry...

They want us to have a happy experience, so we'll come again...
************************************************
Bet you have a cool story too... about gratitude... priceless...

"DO NOT LET OTHER PEOPLE ....

".....DECIDE WHAT YOU ARE TO BE.... BE WHAT YOU FEEL THAT YOU WANT TO BE.
Do not be misled by a false notion of obligation or duty. You can owe no possible obligation or duty to others that should prevent you from making the most of yourself. Be true to yourself, and you cannot then be false to any man. When you have fully decided what thing you want to be, form the highest conception of that thing that you are capable of imagining, and make that conception a thought-form. Hold that thought-form as a fact, as the real truth about yourself, and believe in it."

"All Serious-ness Aside..."

by Dave Barry (recently posted - myspace.com)

"16 Things it took me over 50 yrs to learn"
  1. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
  2. If you had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human race has not achieved and never will achieve its full potential, that word would be "meetings."
  3. There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
  4. People who want to share their religious views with you almost never want you to share yours with them.
  5. You should not confuse your career with your life.
  6. Nobody cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance.
  7. Never lick a steak knife.
  8. The most destructive force in the universe is gossip.
  9. You will never find anybody who can give you a clear and compelling reason why we observe daylight savings time.
  10. You should never say anything to a woman that even remotely suggests that you think she's pregnant unless you can see an actual baby emerging from her at that moment.
  11. There comes a time when you should stop expecting other people to make a big deal about your birthday. That time is age eleven.
  12. The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status or ethnic background, is that, deep down inside, we ALL believe that we are above average drivers.
  13. A person who is nice to you but rude to a waiter is not a nice person . (This is very important. Pay attention. It never fails.)
  14. Your friends love you anyway.
  15. Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark. A large group of professionals built the Titanic.
  16. Men are like fine wine. They start out as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the crap out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.

That's just luck...

"I came to understand that success and prosperity had almost nothing to do with opportunities, chance, luck—or even training, education, or skill. It had everything to do with consciousness, beliefs, and even subconscious programming that you aren’t aware of. ".... RandyGage

Be aware that your thoughts/thinking... good or bad, positive or negative, are all about programming your future results for more of the same... Match it with actions... What you see, is what u thought, is what you got....
Want more good luck? Think about it.

"Relationships" - Transforming...

"You can completely transform any relationship,no matter what it's like right now. Every single relationship you have is a reflection of how you feel inside about you. You are a magnet attracting to you all things, via the signal you are emitting through your thoughts and feelings. Every relationship you have and every interaction with every person, is a reflection of your own thoughts and feelings in that very moment.
To transform every single relationship you have in your life:
Fall in love with YOU!(you must love yourself deeply).
Make lists of hundreds and hundreds of wonderful things about you. Keep adding to it every day.
Know that you are perfect.(do not think any negative thoughts about you).
Know that you are worthy and deserving of anything and everything you could possibly want in your life.
Focus on the wonderful things in every person. Look for only those things.
Do not blame or criticize anybody, ever.
Set an intention that you are going to see the best in everything and everyone.
Make your happiness the number one thing in your life.(Happiness is an inside job.)
Free yourself of the responsibility of trying to make other people happy(respect and love them enough to allow them to take care of their own happiness).
Get your attention off those things in others that don't make you feel good.
Appreciate and love yourself in every moment you can.
Do not expect others to behave in a way you want, so you will be happy. Release yourself forevermore and know that you alone control your happiness and it is a choice, no matter what anyone else is doing.
Love and respect yourself completely.
Know that you are PERFECT right now."

Money Is Attracted To People??

'Strange as it may sound to you, money is attracted to people who are strong and powerful, respectful of it, and open to receiving it. I want you to think about this - this is something I firmly believe and have said time and time again: Money behaves and responds just like a person - nurture it, treat it well, and it will grow and flourish; treat it carelessly or with disrespect, and it will dwindle away to nothing. Quite simply, if you respect money and give it the attention it needs, it will respect you back.
Conversely, the emotions of shame, fear and anger cloud your financial judgment, take away your power over money. When these emotions determine your spending patterns or force you to deny or defy the truth about your money, they not only wreak havoc on your finances, they actually repel money from you.'
-- from 'The Courage to Be Rich' by Suze Orman.

New Way To Calculate Worth...

a) Instead of focusing narrowly on the wealth reflected in your bank accounts, spend a brief amount of time allowing the feeling of gratitude. Like, how much do you already have? ... and let that fill you with delicious, positive energy. After all, what type of price tag could you put on your health? On your family? On the use of your limbs? What monetary compensation would be adequate to replace the loss of your sight or your ability to read and write? How fortunate are you that you do not have to pay for the most essential things in life - the oxygen, the sunlight and the fellowship of other human beings.
b) Does this represent a loss or a gain? Instead of feeling that with each check your net worth decreases, focus upon the fact that you might have already enjoyed the benefits of whatever you are now paying for. It represents investment so you'll be able to earn more real income as a result. Pause to reflect upon and be grateful for whatever benefits have or will come to you from your use of the product or service for which you are paying. How thankful were you today day for the electricity and gas and cable and phone and cellphone service. I mean...I'm not chopping wood...are you? Amazing what we have already.
c) Appreciation for the whole system:... Think about how fortunate you are to have been given the product or service prior to having to pay for it. Isn't it wonderful that this new opportunity or company or product exists, in the free world, so that you can so easily have and use the product or service. How fortunate you are to live in a society that has developed such a fabulous system that keeps money in constant circulation..... and allows us opportunity.....
