"Be clear about what you want to achieve in life. Set goals, and take action. The goal itself is what you’re working towards and is not a to-do item. Set yourself up for success by planning and doing.
"When you take action on a step, congratulate yourself for moving closer to your goal! Feel the satisfaction you deserve to get from each step.
"Accept the here and now and decide what you really want and what you can do about it. Don’t make the mistake of brooding over what you don’t have.
" Look at where you are today and have gratitude for what you have and for the opportunity to keep going!"

Progressive Affirmation -- Good I Am...

"The Good that I am Seeking is Seeking Me.
To internalize this truth, repeat each stage numerous times daily until you feel at one with (no resistance to) the statement.
1) Wouldn't it be lovely to believe that the good that I am seeking is seeking me?
2) I am open to imagining that the good that I am seeking is seeking me.
3) I am beginning to have faith that the good that I am seeking is seeking me.
4) The Good that I am Seeking is Seeking Me."

Get Over the Four-Letter Word
Not J-a-w-s. It's F-e-a-r.
Fear of failure. Fear of success. Fear of not knowing how or what to do. Fear of not living up to the dreams. People are so scared of "what's behind the curtain" they end of living only a fraction of the life they could. They hold themselves back.
Now - how about you?...Do you think you are capable of achieving more? For most of us it's yes -- I want to be more.
It's th f-e-a-r word -- and mostly the fear is self-imposed.
By choice -- these limiting beliefs are holding you back from changing your life and circumstances for the better. I believe you can do more. When you believe it -- and stop focusing on fears and the past -- you can live the life of your loftiest plans. It's for you to choose it and act on it. All you need is the courage to believe and to focus on the end goals -- like as if you already have it.
I will not settle for my past results. How about you?
Say it and do it -- "My best life starts now."

Beyond Positive Thinking....
....was topic of two Larry King Live shows, recently featuring speakers frominternet movie: 'TheSecret.tv'. James Ray was one of the speakers.
"Positive thinking doesn't work - not in and of itself. That's why the 'Larry King' show was called 'Beyond Positive Thinking.'Because you've got to go beyond just the positive thoughts. You've got to create: the thoughts, feelings and actions. And going back to what you said, Elyse, around the whole package...they've all got to be there. Thoughts, feelings, actions - all have to be firing congruently. And, if they're not...there is something off, something awry there. If you look at any single person who is not getting what they deserve in life - or what they want - it's because one of those key components is missing. You've got to go three-for-three. When you do that, you can create anything."-- James A. Ray, in interview with Elyse Killoran

Being Perfect - Is Not The Point

Avoiding all wrong doing is a lofty goal. Working daily to be better is do-able for each of us. By working I mean thinking. Right thinking leads to right actions.
Remember the 'Seven Deadly Sins'? -- Pride, Covetousness, Lust, Anger, Gluttony, Envy and Sloth. Martin Conroy wrote about them: "Short of deadly covetousness, people have an understandable desire to possess some of the good things in life. Instead of sinful lust, there's love that makes the world go 'round. Without raging in anger, good people can still feel annoyance with bad behaviour and bad things. Without getting into gross gluttony, normal men and women can have a normal appetite for good food and drink. Short of envy, there's a very human yen to do as well as the next guy. And as for sloth (laziness), who isn't happy to learn an easier way to do things?"
Be aware of human nature. Make sure you are not 'off the deep end' on any of these -- avoid those who are. Practice right thinking and behaviour -- knowing that good results will come in due time. Build on the good or opposite side of those desires and have relationships that flourish and business that lasts.

This New Year Help Others To Get What They Want

"The more you help others .... the more you'll get what you really want."
--Zig Ziegler
So what do you really want? Make your resolutions. I will have these things and this success... and I will take the actions and invest the resources to make it happen.
"Just for Today: I will live through this day only.
Just forToday: I will be happy. I will not dwell on thoughts that depress me. If my mind fills with clouds, I will chase them away and fill it with sunshine.
Just for Today: I will accept what is. I will face reality. I will correct those things I can correct, and accept those I cannot.
Just for Today: I will improve my mind. I will read something that requires effort, thought and concentration.
Just for Today: I will make a conscious effort to be agreeable. I will be kind and courteous to those who cross my path,
and I'll not speak ill of others. I will improve my appearance, speak softly, and not interrupt when someone else is talking.
Just for Today: I will refrain from improving anybody but myself.
Just for Today: I will do something positive to improve my health. I will eat healthfully. And not only that, I will get off the couch and take a brisk walk, even if it's only around the block.
Just for Today: I will gather the courage to do what is right and take responsibility for my own actions. "
